Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was excited about the money because I know this will be the end of my poverty. I rushed to tell my mother of what has happened, we both smiled and discuss what we should buy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I struggle to make end meets everyday, no income, no job and it is hard out here. The coming of this money has transformed my life, I have bags of maize to take me through January and also next year am building a better house. Thank you GD.
