What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I'm successfully enrolled in to Give Directly Cash transfer program, I want to used the money to pay my children school fees because another school year is about to start; for the past school year, we had difficulties in paying their fees. We will also used some of the money to buy food for our family as well as make business to help sustain our family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
One thing that have brought me joy is the issue of this pandemic, Corona Virus, that is, since the world was declare of being faced with this virus, non of my family members were diagnosed of it . I also feel happy because at the beginning of this school year, after the out break of the virus (COVID-19) our children were asked to stay home; in that light I got frustrated that we have struggled to help pay their tuitions and if this school year doesn't end well for them, our high earned money would be a waste but as God could have it, it didn't go that way, so that alone brought me Joy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Our major challenge in this home currently is the issue of food because of the lack of money. Like I said previously, things haven't been fine with my family and my self, we have some of our children staying in the city and going to school the issue with school fees and paying rent for them has been a serious challenge for us as parents.
