What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying steel windows and glass windows that I have fixed on my house. I used to have an iron sheets door that was not looking nice. The remaining I spent on buying furniture as the ones I had, had worn out and in were in very bad state. The remaining I spent on buying school uniforms and shoes for my children. I have moved a step from where I was to a grade higher. Thank you GiveDirectly.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Our first plan is to use part of the transfer to build a bigger semi-permanent house, because this one is small. Lastly we intend to use the remaining amount to buy two cows, that would provide us with milk for family use, and even sell the surplus to the villagers for family income, and also to buy two bulls that would help us cultivate our farms.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Having managed to buy two cows and two sheep, with savings from our casual work, is the achievement we are very proud of.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we have faced is, providing food for our family, due to unreliable source of income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoons, when I have earned some income from my casual work, and bought food for our family.
