What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a larger portion of the transfer to built a spacious iron roofed because the one I had was too small. I also bought a cow worth 10,000 KES which I believe will provide me with free milk in the near future.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I now own a spacious house which I couldn't have afford without GD support due to financial contraints. Apart from that, I no longer by kerosine for lighting because I managed to connect my home with electricity.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD does well in that it deals directly with the beneficiary. This ensure that there is no corruption deals that can take place. I'm not aware of what GD doesn't do well at the moment.
