What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent 14300 KES of my first lumpsum transfer on 22 iron sheets, 14000 KES on building timbers, 3500 KES on a bed, 3500 KES on a mattress and I paid a deposit for a murram with the remaining 14700 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
GD has enabled me make a step in life, the biggest difference in my daily life; I have been employed for a gross monthly salary of 2000 KES- looking after someone's livestocks, meaning that I could not afford to build and sustain my main home, but I am now rest assured since I have acquired all the necessary materials including land to build a home.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I used most of the transfer to repair the roof of my house because it was blown off by wild wind. I also purchased family clothes and foodstuffs.

I'm planning to establish my own home with iron roofed house. Currently I'm living on my dad's compound.

I plan to build a home and to buy a ploughing machine and cattle for farming.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement am proudest of is building this house. I know it's tin walled and just a single room, but i feel proud because I am a step ahead from where I used to be.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of enough food, since we did not plant last season. We have to buy food.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when doing duties like slashing and cleaning the compound.
