What does receiving this money mean to you?
My ambition has been to build a spacious house but due to financial constraints, this dream has never come true. This has forced me to live in a structure that is leaking and the walls are incomplete. It has been a challenge to me during the rainy season and I am always seeking shelter from my grandchild's house and this has lowered my dignity. I am planning to spend $400 to build a good house. I will use the remaining amount to take my grandchild to mechanical college whom I will depend on.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening. It is at this time when I have something to eat after my grandchild has come home from the long day of looking for food.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship in my life is the lack of a good source of income to cater to my daily basic needs. I am an elderly woman who can not even work and I always depend on my grandchild who is doing casual job within the village.
