What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of the transfer to build a kitchen since my house is to small to use part of it as a kitchen . I also spent the transfer to buy donkey and the remaining balance l spent to buy two bags of maize.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life different if l could not have received transfer is that, l could not have manage to buy donkey and so l could be still walking along distance to get water on my own.

In my opinion Give Directly did well in improving peoples lives by giving nonrefundable transfer to them.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent 6000 KES of the first transfer on buying building materials (timber and iron sheets), used 3000 KES on buying school uniform and paying school fee. I then spent the rest of the money on buying food for the family.

I'm planning to spend the upcoming transfer on building both main house and a kitchen because at the moment I do not not have a kitchen and my main house is also in a bad state.

I am planning to spend my transfer on iron sheets and round poles and also to pay for labour in order to build a an iron roofed house, sometimes that I have long desired to have.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is the fact that I have bought a cow, which I am now milking and my children are getting milk in their diet.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is living with HIV and Aids for close to ten years now. This sometimes impedes my ability to work and fend for my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I have just woken up, which gives me reason to thank God for his favour.
