How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If not for the money then we could have continued staying in unfinished home, we had no where to find a business capital to sustain our lives but through this money we have a business and also we have enough food though we haven't harvested yet.

As for my family we are just grateful for what you have done for us continue the good work

My house was not well finished so I used some of the money to finish up my house as we couldn't because of money, we invested some of the money into a small business and the rest we are buying food as we haven't harvested yet.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
This was a happy moment in my life. I could not believe that i was getting such an amount of money for not doing any work or rendering a particular service. It was unbelievable.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
After getting this transfer, i now live in a modern house with my family. We have not been able to afford such a house for many years but GiveDirectly has made our dream come true.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent this cash on buying 6 bags of cement which were used to renovate my house as it was in a sorry state. I also spent a portion of the transfer on purchasing maize for consumption.
