How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The transfer created me a job. I now days transport people on my motor cycle and by doing so, I am paid in return. I am assured of daily income and my family is happy.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Giving support in terms of cash was the best practice. This helped me realise my dream.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I topped up some money equivalent to 2800000 and bought a brand new motor cycle Bajaji type.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am now living a happy life. Free from any form of stress.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy. I had a lot of demands at home. This transfer helped me to buy evrything that I required to in my home.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I hirdd land for farming at 350000, paid school fees for my children at 270000, I also bought some beding materials that costed me around 150000. The remaing money is being used to renovate my house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will enable my family to start up a family enterprise such that we can earn an income on a daily basis other than depending on agriculture where we have to wait for four months to harvest
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during lunch time when i sit down with my family having our meals and seeing them satisfied.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is feeding my family of eight because i have a very small piece of land and the seasons are unpredictable
