What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will mean me having a house. I will build a house and buy myself a beautiful blanket. I have not been able to do all these because I depend on casual labor (ganyu) of which I get very little money.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last 6 months, the thing that brought happiness in my life was when I sold my maize. I got the money and the chance to buy what I desired the most.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently, the biggest challenge I am facing right Is lack of money. This season I sold 5 bags of Nandolo and maize at 12,500 Kwacha each. I used the money to buy clothes and kitchen utensils. Before my marriage ended, the man burnt my house and everything in it and left so I had to start over.
