What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent 5000 KES of my first lumpsum transfer on a sofa set, 5000 KES on 6 cushions, 6000 KES on 2 sacks of maize, 3200 KES on a table, 7000 KES on 2 goats, 3000 KES on timbers and I saved the remaining 20800 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My visitors used to sit on the floor anytime they could come to pay us a visit, which used to embarrass us as a family, but when I received transfers from GD, I am no longer feel embarrassed and I walk with my neck high in the village, the biggest difference in my daily life.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to start a small business selling fast moving consumer goods, we shall also start buying fish from the lake and reselling the same in different surrounding towns and villages.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having saved my earnings from work that I did at the lake and managed to buy a few goats.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of a stable source of income and yet we have some health problems, this means we can not get adequate health care.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up in the morning, this is because I usually go to work at the lake and I am sure that I will get some income.
