What did you spend your third transfer on?
When I received my third transfer, I plastered the walls and floor of my main house with sand and cement, bought a solar panel and a sack of maize. This is how proud the transfers made me proud and it was such a great experience.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that currently, I live in a better house where I consume solar panel as my source of energy. This is a great step in life I have made since my former house was that pathetic-it was too tiny to offer us comfort that we needed in life-we could not survive with self-esteem at all.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion, Give Directly get it right by giving out money as opposed to material goods that perish. But it would consider enrolling a better number into the program since majority of the poorest were still left out.
