What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my transfer on buying a few cattle that is four goats which I plan to rear for future sale and two cows for milk. I then invested the rest in by cattle running business which is doing very well. I then saved some to use in building my own home in the near future.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life ha changed in that I am now able to make some income from my cattle running business which is enabling me meet my financial obligations without much strain. I have also been able to go into farming in a big way which has assured me of food security should my farms get good production.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion I think the organization has a lot of transparency in their work because things are explained clearly with no hidden agendas or information. I would suggest that the organization hold more barazas to educate more on the operations even after transfers are sent.

I bought iron sheet, timber and paid for labour and build an iron roofed house. I also bought cattle for keeping and spent some ot the money on cultivating my piece of land.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I feel my life has improve because I did not have a house, i lived in a tiny room, but now i live in a decent and spacious iron roofed house.

The achievement I am proudest of is the fact that I recently bought a heifer using money saved from casual work that I sometimes do in the village.

The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is supporting my two children after their mother and I separated.

The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I am milking our family cow and I know that there's going to be some milk for my family.
