What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on my medical bills since I was very ill and bed ridden at the time when it was sent. I also bought food since I needed to eat because of the strong medication I was taking.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I would have died of the illness(cancer) because i did not have any money so I couldn't afford the treatment however with the transfers I was able to get treatment and I am alive todate so my life is different.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by not putting conditions to the money they give us and also not following us around all the time and expect anything in return. However GD does not do well by leaving out some people(ineligible) at the earlier stages of the program.

I felt so happy when I received the money because I was admitted in hospital but I did not know how I would pay the medical bills without any money. I still feel like I owe GD my life since it's because of them that my life was saved.
