How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I have been in position to own a cow, have food in the house and am planning to start up the construction of an iron roofed house, which I couldn't achieved had I not received this money from Give Directly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I my opinion Give Directly has done well to give me money, and Give Directly has not done anything bad on my side.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer purchasing a cow at 490,000 ugx, 3 bags of at 210,000 ugx, a goat at 50,000 ugx, food 69,000 ugx and 13,000 ugx. I have not yet spent 800,000 ugx but am planning spend on paying materials for constructing iron roofed house.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that now i can buy a bicycle to ease my movements and cut down transportation costs.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment i received my money I became very happy and I released that GD really loves us.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have not spent my first transfer yet but I plan to buy a bicycle for home use, one cow to rear and also other household items. I will use the balance of the money for paying the people making my bricks .

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My plan is to buy a cow that can provid milk to the family and also to buy two oxen to facilitate farming.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest moment is during evening hours. This is a time iam at kolir centre relaxing with friends.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is one of my young daughters needs an heart operation from south Africa but i completely lack money for her treatment.
