How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
In the next year or two, I hope to see my children out of high school; that will be my biggest accomplishment so far. My children's graduation program will bring me so much joy. Though I wouldn't be able to see how colorful the day is due to my blindness, but I will feel great happiness all over me.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has blessed me; they have put so much joy in my heart. My children's education worried me a lot in the past, but GiveDirectly took a huge burden off my shoulders and I am so happy. GiveDirectly is the best organization I have ever heard of and seen; they have absolutely no bad name.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I withdrew my money and kept it for my children's education as I stated in my recent interview. I have three children going to school in Monrovia and I am eager to see them graduate from high school. I believe in education and want my children to reach the level I did not reach in school. Once they are educated, they will find good jobs to help themselves and also help me out of poverty.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Knowing that my Children are graduating from high school will be my biggest accomplishment because I have struggled with this for some time now. It will be a great joy having my children out of high school. The pressure on my shoulders will reduce and I will be the happiest man on earth.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
The wonderful thing GiveDirectly has done is to send cash that brought changes to my life. I am no longer begging people to survive, I now have my own money. They haven't done any bad, GiveDirectly is a good organization.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I am a blind man who is passionate about education. I have three children in Monrovia; a 28 year old girl who's in 11th grade, a 20 year old boy in 11th grade as well, and my 15 year old son who's in the 4th grade. I spent my transfer on my children's tuition because they are my future. Once my children are educated, they will help get me out of poverty and also help my family live a better live. We will all be happy together as a family. Before GiveDirectly, getting my children's fees was a struggle for me. I would beg around to get money to send to them; but GiveDirectly has empowered me and I am happy.
