How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Currently, I have paid school fees for my daughter in time which makes me very happy parents since she has ample time and at the same time having a quality concentration in her studies. I have realized an improvement through her performance in the three respective terms. That was not the case previously, the money I got from agricultural produce was spent on paying her school arrears but unfortunately, it was meager hence I couldn't settle it on time.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal for the next four months is to use the entire of my transfers to settle all her arrears up to mid of next year with the remaining arrears I will just struggle from the sale of the farm produces after GiveDirectly has left since it will be her final year. All in all, I will be a proud parent who has supported her daughter's education with GiveDirectly's transfers.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Before receiving the transfers, I was struggling a lot to ensure that I pay school arrears for my daughter. This would force me to sell part of my farm produce which would settle part of the arrears. Receiving the transfer brought a lot of relief in my daily life in that my daughter had her school fees cleared in time which has given her a piece of mind since she no longer gets to be sent home to collect money. My daughter schooling without any disturbance is the best thing every parent would wish for. I am grateful to GiveDirectly for the great help they have given me.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation for the next six months is to use all the monthly transfers to settle my daughter's school fees on a monthly basis. My aim to have manageable arrears in school by the mid of next year since it will be her final year which I can settle through selling part of my farm produce after GiveDirectly has completed their work in our village.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different is that I have found it easy in the last four months to pay fees for my children unlike before the transfers. Anytime they were sent home, I would have to talk to the teachers to allow them in school as I was still looking for the money. Right now I don't have to talk to the teachers but I give them the money they need.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new additional goal still to continue paying school fees for my children for the next four months. I would not want to go back to where I was before the transfers. I want my children to have the best and maximum time to study in school so that they can pass their examinations.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my life since I received the transfer is that I have been able to pay my children's' school fees arrears hence reduce the number of times they are sent home for fees balance. This has been a burden I have never been able to solve on my own since my income has not been enough. Thanks to GD it is a thing of the past now.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I don't expect any other change because I am still using my transfer on paying school fees for my children. I would not want them being sent home as before and want to make a difference in their education by paying their fees in time.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Currently, my life is different in that I am happy seeing my children go to school without having to worry about them being sent home due to arrears. For instance with the regular attendance in school, their performance has improved because they are able to focus more due to consistencies in school.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
The dairy cow I had I sold it to enroll my child in college, My new goal for the next four is to buy a dairy cow which is a very essential thing in human life. Apparently, I am certain that I have enough supply of milk from it to a point where I will sell some and buying milk from other people in the village won't be a challenge
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my children would stay at home even for two to three weeks due to lump sum fees arrears and this affected their performance. I am now happy seeing my children go to school without having to worry for them being sent home due to arrears and their performance has improved in school.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
The most notable difference that I can talk about is the issue of being able to pay school fees for my children unlike how I used to struggle so much before. My kids used to be on and off their studies, something that really bothered me and denied me my peace of mind. At least right now everyone has settled down and concentration on their studies becomes so easy.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My plan is to combine efforts with my husband and pay school fees for our two kids who are at the high school level. One of my kids is joining form one in January while the other one will be going to form three meaning that my husband and I will be heavily burdened come next year so the main target right now is to save as much as possible so that we can be able to take of their school fees issue.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have been able to pay school fees for my children effectively and in a timely manner. Initially my children were being sent away from school very often and they would stay at home for about two weeks making them miss a lot of what the teachers taught. Tight now they have time to be at school and concentrate.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to buy more livestock in the near future. My main plan is to get a sheep because that is what I like the most. What I am sure about is that the sheep will give birth to other offspring's in the future which I a may eventually sell out and use the proceeds to get a cow. Once the cow comes into the picture I know I will be in a position to get constant supply of milk so that I will not be forced to buy milk like I do right now.
