What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I be lucky to get the money, I want to fix my house that my father left with me. Part of the house has fallen and that I don't any money to rebuild it. I am also old without a husband. Only me, my daughter and grand children. We don't have the strength to raise additional money by burning char coal. We are only able to make small cassava farm for substanance. The money will be a blessing for us because we are poor.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What had made me happy in the last six months is when I get food for my family. Especially when our farm produce good that we be able to sell some of the products to cater to other needs. For example, few months back our cassava harvest when wel that I was able to take some of the products to the market to sell. The money was used for food and clothes for the children.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
One of the major challenges facing me now is that I need money to fix my house. The house is partly broken and we don't have anyone man to rebuild it for us. We also don't have anyone in Monrovia to help with money to buy zinc, sticks and pay people to fix our house.
