How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has is now different than it would have been if i had never received the transfer because i now have sufficient food which will cover my whole family for the rest of the year, i have improved the roof of my house, from grass to iron sheets and i have a matress. All these things would not have been possible without Givedirectly
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly did well in all processes of the project and there was nothing done in a wrong way
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my transfer on 24 iron sheets at MK5500, 1 matress at MK54000, 7 bags of maize at 10000 each and saved part of it for building a new house

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money is an opportunity for me to change my life. I am very happy to be in the program. I want to buy bricks and iron sheets so that I can build a house. I also want to by food so that I can feed my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest when I have enough food for my house. I am also very happy when my kids have had enough food to eat for the day.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The major hardship that I face is poor harvests due to lack of fertilizer. I work very hard in the farm but harvest very little. I will make sure that I will use some of the money to buy fertilizers.
