What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to build another house with more rooms and more space to accommodate the large number of my family, we also intend to use part of the transfer to pay school fees for our children in secondary school and use the little left to invest in our small business.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is owning our current house, in the past we used to live in a thatched house which would leak during rainy seasons making our lives very difficult.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship is on paying school fees for our children in secondary school, I rely largely on Mandazi baking business which is not enough to cater for all the needs we have.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the afternoon when I'm baking Mandazi and selling to my clients here in the village, this is my happiest part of the day since I'm able to get some small income to support my family.
