What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on a house. I used my transfer to finish my house because the second transfer was divided into different expenditures so it was not enough.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer because I was in bad conditioned house but after receiving the transfer, I have built a better house and I am happy.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to give us money without asking for anything in return. However, GiveDirectly should re-reconsider those people who registered but were not given money.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying construction materials as I prepare to build a two-room house. I also paid school fees for my children.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is being able to earn daily income from my vegetable selling business started using the transfers.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to rent land for cultivating more food for my children. I also bought bricks as I want to build a new house because the one I am sleeping in has a leaking roof and very poor walls

The moment i received the money was so joyful as I didn't expect it and thank you so much GD.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
The most important plan i have is to renovate the family house i reside in with my children, its because whenever it rains the roof leaks and this has disorganised me with my children in most cases.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I do keep chicken that give me eggs and some chicken for sale, and from the sales i buy books and pens for my children to use at school.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced upto now is the long drought that destroyed all my crops like beans, sweet potatoes and maize from the gardens.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during evening hours when most of my children have come back from school,and we chat on what they studied and the songs they sung.
