What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I'm successful to receive this money from Givedirectly, I will use some to complete my house and use the balance to pay my children tuition fees.
The money I earn from the little business I'm doing, I used some to pay my children school fees last school year and used the balance to build my house.
The house I'm building is not completed because I don't have enough money to complete it.
Where I'm staying now is my father in-law house and I can't continue living in his house with my family as a grown up man. I feel bad about my condition at times.
It's my dream to build my own house where my family and I will stay and be comfortable but no money to complete the building of my house since I started the process last year November.
I will appreciate any help from Givedirectly to improve my living conditions.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months what has brought me joy and happiness is when my sister in-law voluteeer to pay my son school fees in the moth of September 2021 and rented a place in Monrovia where he will stay and achieve higher education.
It brought me so much joy and happiness because, I was worried about paying his school fees. Most especially where he was leaving from this town to achieve higher education in Monrovia. But she voluteeer to pay his tuition fees and even rented places for him to stay.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I'm facing now is money.
