Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life has improved because through this cash transfer, I have built my 2 grass thatched houses on the plot of land I was given by my father. I now have my own home. Prior to this cash transfer, I could not afford to start building though I had a plot of land. Secondly, I am stress free because I paid off the debt which was a burden to me.

The moment I received my money, I felt very happy because I got money for clearing a debt which was burdening me and building 2 thatched houses on my plot of land.

I purchased building materials (2 doors and grass) worth 537,000, paid labour for building 2 grass thatched houses worth UGX 84,000. transport worth UGX 40,000, paid a debt worth UGX 500,000, paid burial expenses for my wife worth UGX 450,000, bought food worth UGX 19,000 and bought school uniforms for my 2 children worth UGX 70,000

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to establish a home on the piece of land that the clan has given to me as my share. With this even when I die, my children will be left with some thing to base on as they carry on with life. Currently, I share a house with my mother which is not really in orde. However, I am forced to do this because of my situation.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when I am at home with my children.The support they render to me is reason enough for me to be happy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is feeding my family. I am always faced with the problem of food shortage because I don't have oxen to support in the cultivation activity that would enable me to get food. At the same time, I don't have money to buy so this leaves me in suspense.
