How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have for the longest time wanted to move my family into a bigger house but I just have not made enough money to push the plan into motion. Now with the coming of this program, I can afford the construction material needed to erect a big and comfortable house. I cannot wait for the house project to commence.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion all program processes by GD are practical and transparent
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With my transfer I bought bricks as I had already bought iron sheets the first time around. Right now I am only waiting for the rainy season to be through through that I can start building my house. I had a house before but I find it very small and uncomfortable for my family, hence the decision to build a much bigger house. I also used a portion of the transfer to buy food for my family.
