Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
i was very happy the moment i received my transfer because i knew i will have a decent house, food and my business will grow
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
i used to have a very small fish business and the profits from the business was used to buy food for my family. sometimes i could not afford to buy food at home because i was not making enough money from the business. when i received my transfer i bought enough food for my family, in additional to that i boosted my business so that i could be making enough profits hence enough money to buy food when there is need.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
when i received my transfer the first things i bought was cement and iron sheets, i bought these things because am planning to build a house once i receive the second transfer. secondly i bought food because i did not have food at home. the remaining amount was used to boost my fish business.
