What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent the whole of the third transfer to pay school fee arrears for my daughter who was completing her fourth year , but she was almost dropping out because l was not able to pay her school fee being that l do not have a very stable income. I am doing a business of selling small fish but it can not manage to pay her fee, since this is the only money that l spent to do everything in the house being that l am a widow.
