How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal now is to establish a business that will keep supporting me inorder to survive. I don't have anyone to help me because my husband is already dead and my children has abandoned me also, I have been staying in my sister house for sometime until GiveDirectly came to help us in this town. I was able to build my own house from the transfers, I want to fix it more beautiful and comfortable before moving into it. After that, I will focus on my dream of having a good business.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well by setting up rules that help us not to be force by anyone to do what we don't want to do with our money, they are also kind and patient during the time of interview, their help is unconditionally which makes me feels valued and respected being part of the program. I haven't seen anything wrong about GiveDirectly yet, everything is okay to me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I was able to buy the remaining building materials needed to complete my house project, I also bought food for both my household and the workers who are building my house, I have some of the money saving as well, it will be use when I have a need.

I also want to setup a little business that will support my little son and I. I want him to get educated so that he can help me in the future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I love the program from GiveDirectly because they give us their money free with out any thing attached to it. I also love the way they talk to me anytime I am being interviewed. GiveDirectly have done nothing wrong to me or in this town that I know about; so I don't have anything bad to say about GiveDirectly.

I used my second transfer to start building the house that I have been wishing for. I also paid my son school fees, I bought food for my family and the workers that are building my house. I still have some of the money saving for future use.
