How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goals have not changed now that i received these funds from GD. I have always wanted to have a house and i used my transfer to build one. I personally think shelter is tje most important thing for one to have.

There is nothing wrong with the way GiveDirectly does its work. Everything is always on point.

I used my recent transfer to Build my house by pating the builders and also buying some of the materials to be used in the building. I also bought food and kitchen utensils like pots plates in my home

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am happy to receive this huge amount of money because I got divorced and it's a challenge to feed my children all alone so the money will help me alot to buy basic needs

I am usually happy in the afternoon because it's the time I get assured of having food to eat with my children
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I have been troubled alot with persistent illness of my child and it cost me alot every time he gets hospitalized
