What did you spend your third transfer on?
When I received my third transfer, I spent 28000 KES on a cow, 10000 KES on a heifer and cleared school fees balances for my 3 children in a secondary school. My third transfer really helped me a lot, I actually felt the relief on school fees burden.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer because, educating my children had been a great challenge. I never had a stable source of income and therefore it I could always feel the stress of raising for them fees which Give Directly liberating me from. Again, I have acquired more wealth that can now act as my safety net.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what Give Directly does well is educating us about the transfers before we receive it but what it never did well was giving us less transfers that could not enable us accomplish bigger projects.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy a cow that will give me milk to sell and consume, I spent part of it to pay school fees for my three children in secondary school so as not to have them sent back home for fees and the remaining amount was spent to buy two sheep to keep in my compound.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is that I have managed to pay school fees for my children and therefore I am less worried about them successfully completing their secondary education.

We are planning expand on farming and do large scale,also to use the rest of the transfer in paying school fees for our children in form four and form one in the coming year.
