How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I planned to buy mattress, clothes,and start business before receiving my third cash transfer from Givedrectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedrectly came to my village, told us the purpose of their visit, we welcome them and they started their registration process. I was registered and eligible for the cash transfer. I started receiving cash transfer directly to my mobile money account. they are empowering us through the cash transfer. I have not experience nothing that Givedrectly has not done well. I am grateful to Givedrectly for helping me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Upon cashing out my transfer, I bought mattress, clothes and kept the balance money to start business.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I plan to do business with this transfer, to improve my house with a new roof and I will saved some of the money.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly help me with phone, sim card and the important one is the money. This money really help me to improve my life by starting a new business and improve my house with new roof.

I bought Zinc to improve my house with a new roof, started doing business and saving some of the money .

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my transfer I was happy because school was about to open, I never had money to pay my children school fees.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Since I received my transfer my family and I eat on time. I leave the the farm early,. because I have money to eat the next day.

I spent my most recent transfer on school fees and school materials for my children

What does receiving this money mean to you?
" When the money comes, I want to do business ( buy fire coal and sell it in Monrovia). I am a business man already."
What is the happiest part of your day?
" Maybe this gone July 26 celebration when I was with my friends, and today when GiveDirectly came here today and registered us. Now we believe that we will get some help from somewhere.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
" My main challenge is to get money and start business. This is my home, I came back in 2019 July because of the hardships, I was living in Monrovia, I came to look for money."
