How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE " My biggest accomplishments are as follow: I now have a mini business of my own, so even after givedirectly leaves i can still survive from the investment of the cash transfer i had received. This house am currently living in has been old for years, but because of givedirectly program it is now admired by everyone that sees it, because it has been transformed to a decent house as you can see now. Am so grateful to givedirectly for this help ".

Am very grateful to givedirectly for this help " .

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in my villlage early morning going on my farm to cut rice when I received a message from givedirectly from givedirectly with a huge amount of money in it. When I saw the message I came right back home and changed my clothes, to go and withdraw the money right away.. I was so much happy that day. The first thing I thought of was my zinc to build my owned house in my village. Because the house I am living in right now is our family house, So I need to get my owned house for my family as well.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life is now is, I was able to support my children in Monrovia. I never had money to send to them before for school fees, but with givedirectly I was able to do that, I am grateful.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am a father of two children. My first child was promoted to the 11th grade. I will pay her yearly school fees and invest the balance transfer in to a business. The business would be a source of income for sustainability.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the month of June 2022, I was highly motivated by my daughter high acedemic performance in her school. She came first out of 38 students with an average of 89.03. She was promoted to grade 11. Her promotion brought joy to me and I was also encouraged to do all I can to give her quality education. My wife and I are not schooled. We believe our two children futures can easily be better through education. Everything we worked for goes to wards their education.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I am unskilled man. I only do casual work to substain my family. Finance is the main hardship I am facing presently. I have two children along with my wife. I spend most of my time in the forest hunting for animals. It's the meet sale that is keeping my family up.
