What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to buy a piece of land that I can cultivate and complete the construction of my house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when my grandchildren are dancing to music over the radio. They impress me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is living alone as a widow. Managing a family as a widow is not an easy thing to do. Children need to feed, they need treatment, education and all other needs yet I am just an individual trying to provide. I don't have enough land that I would cultivate to get food. Life is just a struggle.
