Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy and joyful to be enrolled into the program and finally receive the funds from Gibe Directly. Most of my problems have now been drastically reduced.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference is the mood we have now as a family. At first we were always struggling in finding food and getting enough sleep as i was always worrying. Now i have a peace of mind knowing i will harvest plenty due to the fertilizer applied and seeing kids being happy because they have clothes and enough food is a wonderful feeling.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The money assisted me a lot in a lots of ways i wasn't expecting. I had problems with having enough food so i resorted to buying several bagsm of maize. The other went towards buying fertilizer for my gardens and since the initial garden was small, I rented another garden to expand my harvest. In addition i also bought mattress and other house utensils for better food preparation and uniform for my children.
