Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I am planning to set aside transfers to help pay school fees for my younger sibling who will be joining form one next year. As an elder sibling, I feel obligated to support my siblings to help them realize their dreams.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my life in the last four months is that I was able to build a six roomed house. We came together as a family and used the transfers to buy building materials. We also did farming. we managed to plant potatoes, beans, and vegetables. With the remaining transfers, we also did a few shopping for our household.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will have collected enough money to pay school fees for my sibling who is in class eight this year and will be joining high school come next year. I know it is usually very costly to enroll in high school so I decided to start saving early to ensure a smooth enrolment process is achieved.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Living in an old grass-thatched hut for a long time was a great problem for my family members since we were all squeezing ourselves to the small house. As the transfers were trickling in, we started saving and this has brought our dream to pass. for the last four months now, we have been living in a newly built house which we never had before.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
Having put all our farms in order with food crops planted in almost all sections, we also have a new goal to start a tea-leaves plantation. We have set aside a section of the land and grown seedlings which are now mature enough to be transplanted to the field. The tea plant is doing well in our farms and this to us is a potential investment which will be a great source of income in the future.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Since we started receiving the transfer from GD, we have been working hard in our farms to ensure that we produce enough foodstuff both fro our own consumption in our household and also surplus to sell. For several months now we have been investing our transfers in the project and recently it has started bearing fruits. In the last four months, there has been a lot of differences and transformation in our farming but the biggest difference in my daily life is the fact that all our farms are actively functional with crop produce doing well in all of them. Part of it we planted spring onions, another part with maize and also beans on the other section. This is really a big difference compared to how our farming was in the last four months.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
After completion of the construction of a new house in our household, we have decided to pull together our finances so that we may purchase a piece of land. All my family members have come to this agreement after consideration that the available piece of land in our household is too small to be shared amongst all of us. We have opened an account where we will be depositing an equal amount of money after every two weeks and by the end of six months, we will have raised enough money to purchase a piece of land. We have already started the contribution and soon we'll start searching for a piece of land on sale. I expect this project to run smoothly and by the end of the six months, we expect to have gotten ready to purchase that piece of land.

The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months is with the merry go round contributions, I managed I buy a dairy cow. considering that I am still at my parents home and with a child, I thought It was wise to acquire an asset of my own which will also boost milk production for family consumption as well as for sale.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months because by then, My dairy cow will have sired a calf and so milk production will increase. This will greatly boost my income as I will be selling the milk to my neighbours as well as to the nearby centre. with the milk proceeds, I plan to save it in order to purchase a sewing machine

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Our self-esteem as a family has gradually grown from how it was before. Our brother had no place to sleep and he used to go round the village asking for a place to sleep from his peers. We have now built a good house for him and even for his friends whenever they come visiting him. We no longer have top worry about people backbiting us about the whole thing.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to buy a cow for rearing. Currently we use alot of money to buy milk and buying a cow will helpus save all that. It will also come in as an extra source oincome.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Having enough and healthy food food for us and my children has been quite tough. But in the past few months, we have been able to have quite enough food for all of us. We dont have to worry about our children going to bed with nothing in their stomachs since we are able to plan what we get from Givedirectly for a whole month. We are also more comfortable in our home since we built a better house.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My plan in the near future is to build a bigger and better house for my parents and ensure that they live a better life. I also want to improve my farming by leasing more land to farm. I also pray that our family lifestyle will improve from how we are now and that our children will study well.
