Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I do not have any new or additional goal in life since am planning to actualize my goal by opening a shop in our nearest town. I settled on this since having a business is advantageous compared to depending on doing some casual work. This will be my main source of income which I will be using to support my family and siblings.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have been able to save some money towards achieving my goals. I was previously given KES 9000 from our merry go round group and after topping up with what I had, I currently have KES 15000. I am planning to use this money to open a shop in our town since it is not far from home. I will be running this business since employing someone to run it for me might not be efficient.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, my life will have changed in that I will have opened a shop in our town. I will be running this shop so that I can avoid running into a loss because of the misappropriation of funds. Also, I expect that I will have expanded my poultry keeping project. I will be using the income from this project to cater for our daily needs.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different in that I have been able to meet the basic household needs without having to struggle. There are times that I receive the money and I literally have no basic household commodities in the house. I have been able to use the money to buy these basic necessities contrary to the times when we used to find it hard to meet the basic household needs. This has assisted me a lot considering that my mother is sick and cannot do the casual jobs that she used to do to help us in meeting the basic household needs.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional plans for the next four months is to be able to open up a general shop. The general shop shall help me a lot in meeting the basic household needs for the family. I plan to actualize this once I get the money from our monthly merry go round contributions which is happening next month and the month following that one. I am optimistic that this shall definitely come to happen.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life that has happened over the last four months is that I have been able to make my monthly merry go round successfully without fail. Once I get the contributions next month, then I will use the money accumulated to buy a dairy cow. I have this urge of owning an asset of my own. This will definitely help me now and in the future when I will have to pay school fees for my child. I also have plans of starting a small business of my own and be self employed once I get this money.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months I expect the living standards of my family to rise and generally have more assets for the family in terms of livestock and other family assets. This will definitely make us a happy family in the long run. I have plans of selling the assets that shall have been accumulated then and be able to buy a piece of land.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago in that I have been able to support my parents by buying them some seats and cushions which we did not have before. My new goal for the next four months is to buy two more goats. Goats increase in number within a short period of time. I have a daughter born outside of wedlock and if I get married, she will stay with my parents according to our tradition. This plot will act as my investment for her as I always want to see her happy. I am also planning to be saving my salary so that I will later use them to start a shop business. this will act as my source of income which I will use to support my parents and my daughter's education.
