How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than if I had not got this transfer in that I am now a stress free person after paying off the debt and regained ownership of an acre of land which I had mortgaged as security.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly has done well by giving unconditional cash transfers to the rural poor. I do not see what they had not done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my second transfer for paying a debt of 1,400,000ugx which I had borrowed for treating children and paying some debt that was incurred. I bought clothes for my children and spouse worth 150,000ugx and the balance of 83,000ugx, I used for buying food.
