Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Before receiving this transfer, I had started constructing an iron roofed house that was at the beam level but the construction came to the standstill due to limited funds. When I received my money, I was able to complete of my one bed roomed house which I am currently sleeping in. This has relieved me from my previous hut that could leak whenever it rained.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
My phone rang at around 12 AM and I went head to check it was a mobile money message notifying me that I had received money. I was overwhelmed by joy an thanked God Almighty for the gift of cash that was going to enable me complete my house.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to purchase 6 bags of cement, a trip of sand, a trip bricks, 7 pieces of iron sheets, nails, timber binding wire and paid construction workers. I also paid off a debt, bought 2 goats, 2 mattresses and bed.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to retrive the piece of land that was leased out so that I can have enough land to cultivate and get food to feed my family. I also hope to buy a motorcycle with which I can offer boda-boda services so as to raise money that can support my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the morning when I am healthy. I know for sure that God has protected me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of land for cultivation. A bigger portion of my land was leased out to take care of my medical nills at the time when I was sick. This left me with only a very small portion which is not enough for me to farm. As a result, I am faced with a charllange of food shortage because I plant less.
