In my last transfer, I bought my balance zinc for the completion of my house. I also paid the gentleman that is going to complete my house. I also have to pay children's tuition and even bought them some schools material.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly doing a great job for me and my family. they are very transparent in their work as an NGO in Liberia. I'm grateful for this great opportunity.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Some of my transfer was used for my children's tuition and even bought them a few couples of materials for school. I have to get a few pics of planks to use for roofing. my children were also out of school because I was not working.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have been working hard to earn enough money and begin my building project. I also needed money to pay my children tuition. Recently, things have become very difficult due to low income. Thus, when I received my transfer from GiveDirectly, I bought 2 bundles of zinc and 1 carton of nails to build my house. I was also able to pay my son yearly tuition for this academic year. I am blessed to be part of this project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done an awesome job by improving the life of poor people like us through their direct cash transfer. I am glad to be part of this unique project. I see nothing that GD isn't doing quite well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I wanted to build my house and also pay my son yearly tuition. In so doing, I bought 2 bundles of zinc for $21,000LD. I also used a huge portion of my transfer to pay my son yearly tuition. Likewise, my balance transfer was used as transportation. I am so blessed to have benefited from this grant given me by GiveDirectly.

The biggest difference in my life now is that. I'm going to have a new house with zinc and cement. My children are also in school with their friends. My house is about to finish building now while I'm thinking of starting a new business.
