How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before i received this transfer, I was a very poor person who used to lack basic needs of life. From the moment I got my cash I have become self sufficient in terms of food and a good house. GiveDirectly has honestly changed my life for the better.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly in my view is one of the best pro poor organizations. They reach out to the very poor and needy people. Secondly, the procedure of targeting recipients is also non partisan. There is nothing that GiveDirectly does wrongly.

When i received my last transfer from GiveDirectly i managed to buy bricks and other building materials so that i start building my new and modern house. I saved part of the transfer so that i pay for labour once the house is constructed.

I am a painter by professional so i travelled alot because of work. That restricts me for my personal development as such, i never built my retirement house. After retirement i came back home with nothing and i am currently struggling to find food and basic needs.
