In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly has done well overall but has only one area where it should improve, the team that gives phones are not systematic, they select recipients to recieve phones this gives us a lot of pressure wondering why some recipients are skipped and then later they are given the phone.I feel it should be systematic.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that i have less stress and worried,I am now a very happy person, before receiving my transfer I used to be so stressed, and unhappy because I could not support my family. My shop was not having any stock,it could not produce any profit because of less stock, but after receiving my transfer,I was able to restock my shop and I get enough profit to support my family,I can pay my children's school fees, and feed them well.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lack of money to construct a house for my livestock. My household depends on rearing livestock but it's efforts have been frustrated because of increased theft and lack of proper housing. This has made me share a house with my livestock.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon after having a meal and resting in my compound.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means pleasure to my household. This is because this money will help complete my iron roof house and construct a new house for my cow. I currently share a house with my cow since theft of livestock is common in my village. This money will therefore provide security, comfort to my livestock.
