Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was around 10am when I was home, I heard a mobile money message and it was GiveDirectly money. I immediately thought of buying a cow for my self and renovating my house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I am now happy because I now have my cow and am now planning on constructing a house for myself

What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
I plan to build a better house so as I can be safe.i what to buy basic needs and also some items in my house forexample plates,cups, a mattress so that I can save my self from the coldness on the floor.I also want to buy a calf and some hens so that I can rare and have a source of income like others.I will suey use the cash transfer to improve on my lifestyle.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am glad that God has given me life.I must confess that in the past,there is nothing that has got me happy rather the Gd program my village.It gives me dreams and hopes.I can hardly sleep during the night because I keep planning on how to utilise the cash transfer
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My greatest fear is lack of help or aid from any one.I have no one to help with providing basic needs and I am aging.The house I sleep licks during the rainy season.The high poverty puts me in poor healthy condition. There is nothing much I do to provide for my self apart from casual labour.I am hopeless about life due to the many challenges I am facing.
