How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I'm now very happy and healthy because I do not have stress. I can now pay school fees for my children not like before when I would get stressed up because I had source of income. In addition I'm currently sleeping in my permanent house. I would not have stopped sleeping in a leaking grass thatched hurt if I never received my transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has done well by bringing change in the villages for instance people are educating their children, building permanent structure and acquired plots of land. GiveDirectly had not done anything wrong.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent my second transfer to purchase building material ( timber, nails, sand and iron sheets) at UGX 1,072,000, school fees at UGX 200,000 and labour at UGX 360,000.
