How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to build my new house and send my girl to school. I currently live in a thatch house and would love to build a zince house to live.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well in helping people live a better life. Because of their help today I am thinking on building a house and also to send my children to school. At the moment I love everything that GiveDirectly is doing and dont know of anything they are not doing well.

I spent my most recent transfer on building materials. I bought three (3) buldles of zinc, fiteen pieces of planks to start my house project.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so very happy because I was suffering. Seeing my friends having the opportunities to do something for themselves and I could not afford anything for my family had me worried, when Give Directly came in times to assist me. Thanks ever so much Give Directly for the assistance given us.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
It was through this cash transfer that some changes came into my family lives. I paid the balance cash for a lot of land, and then we started a new business in selling children and women used clothes. Thanks again GD.

I had previously made part payment on a lot of land, but still had balance to pay. So with the cash transfer coming in times to save me from shame, I paid the balance cash to buy one lot of land. What does receiving this money mean to you?
"My Plan is to engage in Coacoa farming since I am already trained in that field. I've been financially incapacitated since I knew myself.I don't have a house of my own,my family is living in an old thatch hut,no good nutrition.I will use the money when I receive it to engage in coacoa farming and I know in few years time I will be financially capacitated where I will build a descent house through the produce of my farm,then I and my family will live a better live"
What is the happiest part of your day?
"In the last six months,I was constrained financially and could not adequately afford my daughter school fees.Luckily for me I was able to generate some money through a little contract I did and paid my daughter fees and now she's in school,that brought joy to my heart so much"
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"Finance has been and is still the greatest challenge in my life,I am from a very poor background.I have no house of my own,my family is living in a deplorable condition"
