How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because I am satisfied very proud because I managed to help my parents pay school fee for my sister who otherwise could have dropped out of school and we could have been the talk of the day in our village.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to save money buy and sell farm produce like vegetable that I used to sell to get money and use the money to a start a business of selling fish. I am very sure if I managed to start the business I will get enough profit that will enable me to support my father pay college fee for my sister with ease. I will also get enough profit for my family up keep.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that l managed to pay for my sister school fee with ease and this saved her from dropping out of school since she was able to complete her secondary school without any arrears. Because of give directly I now have my own cow that I had never thought of owning in my life. I am very sure in future I will not spend money in buy milk as I am currently spending because I will be milking f my dairy cow that I bought using give directly's money.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months l expect to have started fish business and hopefully it would have picked up.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am no longer idle,I have business that is not seasonal that I run.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months,I expect my life to have changed for the better with my kraal having more livestock.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My current life is different in that my lifestyle is now moved a step ahead. My family is able to be feed without much strain in looking for food.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
Currently I do not have any new goal as the one I had of buying a cow is now fulfilled.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest challenge I have faced is my household members having to go without some meals due to the low yield of farm produce and unavailable funds to purchase food. This led to unhappy moments in my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evenings when I am with my family after the day's work shairing of the day's fairing.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer to buy a cow that will be useful in producing milk for sale. This will improve my household's income.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is the yield I got from my farm last planting season. I harvested 4 sacs of maize most of which I sold and used the money to improve my household furniture and other items.
