Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy when I received the cash transfer as I have no one to assist me in supporting my family. My husband has been pension, and is not working causing all of the responsibility to rest on me. I came down with a mild stroke, because of all the problems I have and still have to sell cooked food for my family survival.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference is I used to cooked five cups of rice to sell, but it has increased to ten cups of rice per day. Thanks to Give Directly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
From the cash transfer I received, I bought one bundle of zinc to start a house project, and then paid three of mine children out of nine tuitions. Thanks to Give Directly for assisting us.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I plan to pay my children tuitions and build a compound for my family. My husband was pension in 2018, since then he has not been paid. My family are in a single compound. We are squeezed in the compound. I will start building a new compound for my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happy because One of my uncle has promised to pay one of my son tuitions at Tubman University.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I am a hypertension patient, I am finding it difficult to sell. I am a food seller, but due to my condition, I can't do things like before. My children are the one selling for me.
