My main aim for doing farming which I love the most is to raise money for paying rent and buying myself personal items when I will be joining University in January. The crops which I managed to plant with the money which I received from Give Directly are almost ready for harvesting. This would enable me to realize my goal.

In the last four months, I have been investing my transfers in farming. I bought some vegetables, pepper, and butternut for planting. I also spent part of it to purchase chemicals for controlling pests and diseases to ensure maximum yield. All these crops are unique to me as it doesn't have much competition in the market. I opted for this farming so that I would have more income to raise money for personal use once I join university next year. Now the crops are doing so well and are almost ready for harvesting. I believe I will earn good income from the sale of the produce which would enable me to cater to my school fees and some for rent and food.

In the next six months, I would have a joint university and since then I would have sold the farm harvest I will have an easy time to settle in school by paying my rent and give my parent easy time to look for money to pay school fees. I won't bother them to give me money for personal use nor buying food.

My life is currently different because I don try in my parents to get money to use on my personal needs. having completed my secondary education recently, I am glad that I have the money that I can use in preparing myself to join a college where I wish to take a course in nursing. Making money from farming enables met to collect the items that I would need to start the course. I am drawing closer and closer to my dream by helping my parents to reduce the cost of joining when the time comes.

I don't have an additional goal but just to keep doing capsicum farming until I get really good at it. Once my market expands, I will then plan to expand the piece of the farm that I grow them in.

The biggest difference in my life is the investment that I made in farming. Using the money I recived, I bought capsicum seeds and planting fertilizer. The crop is doing so well now an I a, already reaping from it. I accept a good market in my village as many people like to use it as spices in their foods. I enjoy making money from farming and using it to meet my needs.

I expect to have started a nursing course at a local college here. I will be using the mine to meet my education costs and to cater for myself in case I will need to be buying food. I will be doing so well at that time.

My life is currently different in that I have changed our home for the better. I improved our home by buying plastic carpets that have reduced the dust that was always a bother in the living room. We also managed to buy a bed for my bedroom. Also importantly, I also bought enough clothing since I had now stopped using school uniforms.

Additionally, I want to start buying items that I will need when I will be joining a college in September this year.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have transitioned very well into life after school where I no longer get money to meet my needs from my parents. I used the money to buy capsicum and cabbage seeds that are now a source of income. I get a regular income from the farming initiative which would not have been possible without GiveDirectly.

In the next six months, I will have bought enough items such as bags and clothes that I will need as I join the school to study nursing in a medical training college. I will also have saved enough for use as pocket money once I join the school.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments from GiveDirectly is that I'm able to pay my school fees and even buy textbooks to use iin school.

I expect my life to be better in that I would have started poultry keeping and horticulture farming and even start computer classes.

My life is different in that I'm able to study full time at school because I have cleared school fees and I have textbooks to use.
