Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is seeing that I was able to put my children to the next level of education. For example, I was able to pay my daughter fees to join an institution for a teacher course which would have not been possible because there was no money given that we depended on farming.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money I was over joyed seeing this kind financial help. I would now send my children to school.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer Ugx 170000 to pay up fees for my children who were home for fees for a longer period of time. I decided to take my other child to a tertiary institution (teaching) at Ugx 600000. I bought some building materials such as cement and sand that plan to use to renovate my house. I then bought a bicycle Ugx 200000. I also bought big source pans at Ugx 120000 and bed sheets. I am saving up Ugx 400000.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means buying a cow in order to act as an investment for my household. When it multiplies, part can be sold in order to support the family especially paying school fees for my children. I will then renovate my house because it is not floored and the walls are not plastered. That will improve on my living conditions hence good health at household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is after lunch. Having a large family is hectic, it stresses in the morning until food has been found is when I become happy. It is because my children have eaten, they are happy and hence a source of joy to me as well.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face in my life is lack of a reliable source of income. I am struggling to look for money in order to pay school fees for my children and the only source currently is through farming which lacks sustainability.
