How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has improved for the better in that, I have owned cows that I intend to resell in two years time to acquire my own plot of land. I am currently staying on a small peice of land that was given to me by my uncle to use for awhile.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly did well to give me cash that enabled me purchase cows and household items. On my side GiveDirectly has done well only.

I spent my second transfer to purchase 2 cows, clothes and food. I have not yet spent UGX 200,000 but I am planning to spend it for harvesting my crop.

The moment I received the money, I felt very happy. This is because I knew this transfer would enable me buy livestock.

I spent my first transfer on livestock i.e three cows worth Ugx 1300000. I also bought clothes and a mattress at Ugx 50000 and 54000 respectively. I intend to spend the balance on weeding my crops.
