How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Iam a happy person at the moment because i have the basic necessities of life from the money I have received from GiveDirectly. My life has changed for the better.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Well, GiveDirectly in my view is a unique organization which work with many people in a village. They are not selective in that every household is considered and registered. There is no blame with this organisation.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought a motorbike with this second transfer which my husband is using for business in transporting people and goods at a nearby market. I also managed to buy chicken for rearing as well as food and other basic needs.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt good and releaved because my financial downfall was at peak and Give Directly came rescued my family, i am now walking head high with confidence because most of my needs have been met.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
For the first time in my life, my family is now able to eat several times per day because we started a commercial livestock initiative at our household level which has made our financial status to be stable and we can eat and buy some of our needs without facing challenges . Give Directly gave us a good starting point.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought some bedings for myself and my children because i had no bedings at all for years, I also bought household food and clothes for my children, it was hard for me to buy them clothes because i had no money, I also bought agricultural imputs such seeds and fertilizers not forgeting livestock for commercial purposes to sustain my household in terms of financial stability.
