How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed because I'm sleeping well on my bed. Before, I slept on a hard mat. In addition, my house is now clean because I pastered it. In the past, it was very dusty and at times I would use cow dung to reduce on the dust.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirrctly has done well by helping to complete my permanent houses which I never thought I would have managed. GiveDirectly has not done anything wrong.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent my second transfer on Agricultural inputs like seedlings( g-nuts) worth UGX 100,000, clothing/household goods worth UGX 30,000, gifts worth UGX 430,000, treament worth UGX 20,000, transport worth UGX 10,000, food worth UGX 100,000. There is a balance of 500,000 which I plan to spend on cultivating my g-nuts. The recipient spent transfer on other items she could not remember.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have been in position to renovate my house and to own a cow.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I became very happy, having in mind that the plan to renovate my house was going to be attained.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer for renovating my house at UGX 817,000 bought a cow at UGX 760,000 a matress at UGX 80,000 and food at UGX 43,000.

Receiving this money is a means of helping to get money to buy a cow which will help me to get milk.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is evening especially when i am having fun with my ground- children
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship which I face is poverty since am a disable person working for my self is a big challenge.
